What does it cost and what is included?

Will I have power during a blackout?

With Bruno: Three plans side by side: one without batteries, two with. Without batteries, the system shuts off during an outage.
Who installs it, and how does the visit work?
The usual: Asking for quotes one by one and starting from zero with each.
With Bruno: Your report reaches up to three installers in your area who work with Bruno. If you want the roof measured, you book a paid technical visit: you see the price first, and if you install with that installer it is deducted.
And the paperwork with the utility?
The usual: “The electrician handles that”, and nobody tells you which step it is at.
With Bruno: The installer prepares the user-generator file (Law 27.424); you sign and follow each step. The utility authorises it: allow 3 to 6 months, and the system is not connected to the grid until then.

What’s the catch? Will I have to pay later?
Your complete preliminary report is free, with no card or payment required to unlock it. A technical visit is a separate paid service: you see its price and decide whether to book.
Why use AI if a human quote is free?
You get an initial comparison in minutes. Bruno combines aerial imagery, roof geometry and annual sunlight data to estimate generation and compare equipment. Images can be outdated; a site visit confirms measurements, structure and electrical work.
Did you photograph my home without asking?
For the estimate we use existing aerial imagery from Google Maps or Apple Maps and, where available, drone surveys. Starting an estimate does not dispatch a drone. We study the exterior roof; we do not photograph interiors or identify occupants.
Can I ask you to remove a photo or my data?
Yes. Write to hola@usabruno.com with the address or report link. You can request removal of the house, image, report or account data.
Will I get sales calls?
We may write to you about your project: asking for the report accepts the terms, which allow it. If you would rather not be contacted, email hola@usabruno.com and we will stop.
